Maximum Control of the Internet activity with Proxy-Pro Professional GateKeeper 4.5 proxy server

Accessibility Restrictions

You can specify how many concurrent users can use the Proxy-Pro GateKeeper proxy server (the number must be less or equal to that specified by the type of license key).

Manage restrictions for users, click on the user name to edit his restrictions.

Click 'Add user restiction' button in order to add restictions for a new user.

Set the maximum time (in minutes, hours and days) that the user can be connected to Proxy-Pro GateKeeper.

Set the maximum number of connections

Set the IP addresses allowed in order to connect with the GateKeeper Access program.

Set the IP addresses allowed in order to connect without the GateKeeper Access program.(Guest access)


Define who can access Proxy-Pro GateKeeper from the Internet, You can add IP addresses, IP masks(10.) and IP ranges (193.161.123.89 - 193.161.123.200).

Outgoing Rules allows you to control the accessibility to the Internet from your company LAN.
Click on the user/group name to edit existing rules

You can set rules for individual users or for groups of users

In order to with add rules on protocols (scheduler for protocols) click on 'Add new time scheduling rule' link

Select the protocol


Set on Monday to DENY the access to HTTP proxy between 8:00 and 16:00, so Alex Seth won't be able to browse in the working hours

Set the site's at witch your users won't have access

In order that your users to have access only to serveral site's add those site's to the list and click the 'Deny' button

Advanced options allows you to set site rules for a user or group only for a time interval (e.g. working hours). When you edit the advance options you will be able to set the time interval in which the site rules will apply

Using RestrictiveHttp proxy instead of Http proxy will enable you to set any restricted words, this is the most restrictive proxy - it will stop any web resource that contain one of those restricted words

MIME Type restrictions allows you to set file types that cannot be accessed or downloaded.


Statistics

Logging/Auditing shows the Internet traffic on user basis. Using this option you will be able to track the traffic generated by a user even if it has been logged on different workstations.

Select the user and the day for witch you want to see the statisctics

Select an host and you'll have more detailes


Logging/IP Logs shows the Internet traffic on IP addresses. Using this option you will be able to see the traffic generated from each workstation located inside your LAN.

Here you'll have the clients table beside the ones from Auditing


Statistics/Authorization shows users who are currently on-line

Statistics/Proxies shows information about all proxies

Clicking on one of the links shows information about the proxy's workers.
